Hey there! I am so glad you have found your way to my blog. This newly created blog is my creative outlet that has been secretly a work in progress and now I am so excited to share it with you all!

I am a licensed Minnesota Real Estate Agent and also co-run a residential construction company based out of Annandale, Minnesota with my husband. We live in Annandale Minnesota which is know for all of its amazing lakes! We have two kids completing our family of four! We are a hockey/baseball/dance and every other sport in between family. Let me share a bit about my story.

In 2015 I was working corporate America, my daughter was around one years old and my son three. I drove an hour commute each way to my job and never saw my kids, they were always in daycare. It was wearing on me that I spent more time away from my kids than with them. My husband’s business was starting to grow and he needed the help. Things were shifting at my current company and there was something propelling me to make a change with my life. In brought the idea of going into selling real estate, and let me tell you how big of a decision this was.

Walking away from a 20-year run in corporate America, steady paychecks, healthcare the works for a career that was 100% opposite from what I have been doing for the last 20 years. But something propelled me into this career and I have not looked back since. Being self-employed is not easy, and when you work with the next realtor give them some props because this industry is not for the faint of heart.

Being self employed is not easy, you wear all the hats to make your business run. You are not only in charge of the paperwork, negotiating, marketing, and transaction management. But you become your clients therapist and learning how to help guide your clients and tame high emotions through what is single handedly for most one of the biggest purchases and investments they will make in their lifetime. And if there is one thing this industry teaches you it is resilience. It has taught me to be strong when things get tough, to pick yourself up when the going gets tough. When the market is not in your favor, you figure a way to make it work.

I have a love for all things design, home trends, investments and anything around real estate and creating beautiful spaces. I love to get creative with my marketing and in 2024 launched an Etsy store where I am slowly adding more realtor marketing templates that I plan to continue sharing with you all.

And now my newest adventure building out a lifestyle blog that is not just centered around real estate but everything else in between. You’ll find my favorite recipes, holiday and home tips, gift guides, family life, DIY projects and more. This is my space that I have built-out to be creative outside of my real estate and construction management. And I am excited to share this blog with you!
