Seller's Process
Schedule a Sellers Consult where I'll view your home, understand your goals with selling and come up with an fair market price range for your home. Together we will set a listing price.
FIRST THIS
We sign the listing contracts, come up with a on-market plan. And we work together through your staging consults and prep your home for professional photography.
THEN THIS
Once the professional photos have been taken, we launch your home "Active" on the market and launch advertising.

Buyers and their Agents will make appointments to view your home. I will also work to find you an active buyer or we will negotiate an offer with another buyer agent and their represented buyer.
Finally
The home goes under contract, we work through an inspection and appraisal and await closing day. And finally officially close on the sale of your home!
